Pricing What happens after the 14-day free trial?
After your free trial ends, you can choose a paid plan that fits your needs. Your data and configurations will be preserved. If you don't select a plan, your account will be paused but not deleted.
Pricing Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Pricing What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and wire transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
Pricing Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! Save up to 16% when you choose annual billing. Starter saves $96/year, Pro saves $300/year, and Business saves $996/year compared to monthly billing.

A conversation is a complete interaction between a customer and your AI or agent, from start to resolution. Multiple messages within the same session count as one conversation.
Pricing Can I add more conversations to my plan?
Yes! You can purchase additional conversation bundles as add-ons to any plan. Contact our sales team for volume pricing if you exceed your plan limits regularly.
