Support hours
Our Support Centers are open to support during all of Europe’s local business hours (*) through dedicated email support@pingstreams.io (not valid for Sandbox users) and live chat channels on your dashboard (valid for Teams and Custom Plans only) or through our Community forum.

| Free | Community forum where you can post your issue 24/7 and a fellow Pingstreams user and/or our Engineer will respond as soon as possible. |
