Browsing Past Chats in History
History Tab: Whereabouts & Purpose
Section titled “History Tab: Whereabouts & Purpose”From the History tab on the dashboard, you can review details about your visitors and chats, making it easy to analyze past interactions and track conversation patterns. To make your search easier, you can simply use the search bar by typing keywords or ticket IDs. You can also export your conversation data for further analysis.

Advanced Search Options
Section titled “Advanced Search Options”You can also opt for an advanced search by filtering conversations using the dropdown arrow (⬇️) symbol at the right of the search bar. This allows you to filter conversations by:
- Agent - View conversations handled by specific team members
- Date - Filter by time periods
- Tag - Search by conversation tags
- Department - Filter by specific departments
- Conversation Type - Filter by chat type (live chat, bot, etc.)

The History tab provides a comprehensive overview of all past customer interactions, helping you identify trends, review agent performance, and maintain continuity in customer relationships.
