How to Scroll, Zoom, Move Blocks & Actions

When designing an AI workflow in Pingstreams’s Design Studio, it’s important to know how to navigate the canvas and arrange your Blocks and Actions effectively.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Scroll

To move around the canvas without zooming or changing the position of your Blocks, place two fingers on your touchpad and slide horizontally or vertically.

2. Zoom

To zoom in or out of the canvas, place two fingers on your touchpad and:

• Pinch in to zoom out
• Stretch out to zoom in

3. Move a Block

To move a Block, place your cursor on the top area of the Block you want to reposition, then drag it to a new location on the canvas.

4. Detach an Action

To detach an Action from a Block, place your cursor on the Action’s icon and drag it away. You can then:

• Drop it directly onto the canvas - It will automatically be embedded into a new Block
• Drag it onto an existing Block - It will be embedded there

• Use zoom to get an overview of large workflows or focus on specific details
• Group related blocks together by moving them close to each other
• Use scrolling to explore different areas of your workflow without losing your zoom level
• Detach and reattach actions to reorganize your workflow structure efficiently
